Delivery Management & Integration

For clients who engage us to build as well as plan, we stay for the entire delivery. We manage the project, the technical decisions, the integration into your existing infrastructure, and the testing before go-live. We also support the transition: training your team, documenting the system, and remaining available for the period after launch when real-world usage surfaces things no UAT could have caught.

Discovery Engagement

A fixed-scope, time-bound engagement to assess your situation and deliver a clear recommendation. Includes a written output: assessment findings, recommended direction, and a high-level roadmap. Suitable for businesses at the beginning of an XR or AI initiative.

Strategy & Roadmap

A deeper engagement that goes beyond assessment to produce a detailed implementation plan: phased delivery, budget framing, technology selection rationale, and integration architecture. The output is a document you can take to your leadership team or board.

Full-Cycle Delivery

We lead the strategy and stay to build it. Consulting flows directly into engineering and delivery. One team, one relationship, full accountability from the first conversation to the final handover. No handoff to a separate build team.
